Behavioural Consultancy - ABA and PBS

I provide personalised behavioural consultancy for autistic children and young people across home, school and community settings. Whether you're seeking support privately or through local authority funding, I work collaboratively with families, schools and professionals to develop practical, evidence-based programmes tailored to each child's individual strengths, needs and goals.

My support is grounded in Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support, while drawing on a wider range of evidence-based psychological approaches where appropriate to meet each child's individual needs. Programmes may include functional behaviour assessment, ABA programmes where appropriate, communication and skill development, parent coaching, staff training, behaviour support plans and ongoing programme review. Every intervention is designed to improve quality of life, promote independence, and support meaningful, lasting change.

Professional Consultation & Assessments

I provide specialist consultation to schools, local authorities, NHS services and multidisciplinary teams around Greater London. This includes functional behaviour assessments, EHCP advice, tribunal reports, staff training, workshops and collaborative planning to support children and young people with complex needs.

Executive Functioning Coaching

Many autistic young people and those with ADHD experience difficulties with organisation, planning, time management, emotional regulation and independent living skills. I provide personalised executive functioning coaching to help children, teenagers and young adults develop practical strategies that improve independence, confidence and success at school, college, university and beyond. Support is tailored to each individual's strengths and goals, with input from parents and schools where appropriate.

Therapy for Neurodivergent Young People

I provide individual therapeutic support for autistic and other ADHD children and young people experiencing anxiety, low mood, social anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties and low self-esteem. Therapy is tailored to the individual's communication style and combines evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and behavioural approaches. Sessions focus on building resilience, confidence and practical skills that support long-term emotional wellbeing.

Therapist-Led Social Events

Through Spectrum Socials CIC, I run therapist-led social events designed to reduce social isolation and improve the mental health of autistic children and young people. Our small, carefully matched groups provide opportunities to build meaningful friendships, develop confidence and enjoy positive shared experiences in a supportive environment. Parents attend alongside their children, creating valuable peer support networks and strengthening the sense of community for the whole family.

Therapeutic Group Courses

Through Spectrum Socials CIC, I run small therapeutic group programmes for autistic teenagers focusing on anxiety, emotional wellbeing, social confidence and friendships. Combining evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and behavioural principles, these groups help young people better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies and build confidence in a supportive peer environment. Alongside structured therapeutic sessions, participants have opportunities to develop genuine friendships with others who share similar experiences, reducing isolation and fostering a lasting sense of belonging.
